Please, pay attention!

The add-on configuration should only be performed after correct installation.

Add the payment method

In the admin panel, select “Administration” → “Payment methods”.

Click “Add payment method” (the “+” button).

Enter the name of the payment method: clients see it at checkout.

In the Processor field, select “Freedom Pay”.

Save the payment method.

Set the add-on settings

The add-on settings are on a separate page: “Website” → “Freedom Pay Configuration”. The same page opens from the link “Go to Freedom Pay configuration” on the “Configure” tab of the payment method.

Click “Save” after you change the settings.

Product data for receipts

For receipts in Uzbekistan, the same page has the list of your products. Fill in for every product:

SPIC: IKPU code of the product.

Package code: package code of the product.

Unit code: unit code of the product.

Owner type: “Reselling”, “Self production” or “Service”.

If a product in the order has no correct values, the client sees the message “Sorry, there is a mistake in the product settings.” and cannot pay.

How orders change status

When the client goes to the payment page, the order gets the status “Open”.

After a successful payment, the order gets the status “Processed”.

If the payment fails, the order gets the status “Failed”.

To refuse a payment for an order, change the status of the order to “Declined” before the client pays.
