Testing of the plugin should only be done after correct setup.
To test the payment gateway, inform the FreedomPay manager that you need access to test payments, and enable the gateway test mode in the plugin settings. If configured correctly, the error “Plugin is in test mode” will be displayed in the Dashboard of your site. Furthermore, for testing, you will need test cards. You can request them from the manager, or take the data in your personal account FreedomPay, in the section “For developers”, “List of test cards”. Once you have set it up and received all the necessary data, you need to make sure that the payment system is enabled in WooCommerce and then test the integration.
Open your site's Dashboard:
Select “WooCommerce” on the left panel, sub-item “Settings”. Then select the “Payments” group at the top. Make sure that FreedomPay is enabled. If, for some reason, it is disabled, enable it.
After this, you should go directly to the online store, add the product to the cart and proceed to payment:
Click continue with FreedomPay. You will be automatically redirected to the FreedomPay system for payment:
Enter your test card details and click pay. If all previous steps are completed correctly, the system will show that the payment was successful:
Next, you need to go to your site's Dashboard, select “WooCommerce” in the left panel, and then “Orders”. The page that opens should display the last paid order, with the status of successful payment (by default, “Processing”, can be customized):
