Create mobile balance payment

The same method as Create payment in the «Purchase» section: see it for the request fields, the response, errors and examples.

Payments from the mobile balance must be enabled for the merchant: contact your account manager.

Freedom Pay payment page: redirect the client to pg_redirect_url. The client enters the phone number and the SMS code on the page, the result comes to pg_result_url.

Own interface: the client enters the phone number on your page, you pass pg_payment_id from the response to Charge mobile balance.

The result of the payment comes to pg_result_url, see Result notify.

Result

`pg_status`	Meaning	Next step
`ok`	The payment is created.	Redirect the client to `pg_redirect_url`, or call Charge mobile balance.
`error`	The request is rejected.	See «Errors» in Create payment.
