Tilda is an online platform for creating websites. It offers a user-friendly interface and a set of templates that allow users without programming knowledge to quickly create adaptive websites, including online stores. FreedomPay develops and supports a payment gateway template for Tilda.
Further instructions for using the plugin assume that you are already a FreedomPay client, and you can request the data necessary for setup from the manager or obtain it using your personal account.Moreover, please note - your site must have a shopping cart block (ST100) or something similar configured to be able to work with payment systems.
Steps required for the payment system to work correctly:
Installing the plugin - directly adding the plugin using the universal payment system template.
Plugin Setup - Setting up key data required for payment, such as Merchant ID and Merchant Key, into the FreedomPay plugin.
After completing all the above steps and fully checking the functionality of the integration, you can start using the plugin.
What to do if there is a problem with the plugin?#
If you have questions about the plugin, or you have noticed an error in its operation, there are several options for solving the problem:
If you are already a FreedomPay client, you can contact the manager, who will personally consult you.
If you are not yet a FreedomPay client, you can write to the support email: support@freedompay.kz.
When contacting a manager or by email, it is necessary to describe the issue you are having in as much detail as possible and provide the basic data of your plugin and online store. The data includes the installed Merchant ID, Merchant Key, your website address and Store ID.
