Get partners

Returns the banks that issue installments: amount limits and programs.

Use it to show the client the terms before you create an application: monthly payment = calculation_rate × order amount.

The request has no body.

Errors

The body of an error: error_code and error_description. The texts of validation errors are in Russian.

HTTP	`error_code`	When	What to do
`400`	`1001`	`X-Request-Id` is missing or is not a UUID.	Pass a new UUID.
`401`	`3001`	The signature is invalid.	Check the signature: see Invoice Overview.
`401`	`3002`	`X-JWS-Signature` is missing.	Pass the signature.
`500`, `503`	`5000`	Internal error.	Repeat the request later with a new `X-Request-Id`.
