Update client - Freedom Pay

This method is designed to link a previously created client (using the Create Client method) with a previously issued card (using the Bulk Issue method).
Linking a client to a card allows the system to identify the cardholder and use client information for transaction processing, authentication (e.g., 3D Secure), notifications, and other card-related operations.
After successful execution, the client will be associated with the specified card, and their data will be used for
