Getting started

To obtain your unique merchant data in the FreedomPay system, you need to complete the following steps

Go to your personal account page and log in to your account.

Please, pay attention!

It is necessary to choose the right link to enter your personal account. It depends on the country where your store is legally located. Based on the country, select a link from the following list:

Kazakhstan - my.freedompay.kz.

Kyrgyzstan - my.freedompay.kg.

Uzbekistan - my.freedompay.uz.

In the control panel on the left, select “Developers”:

The next step is to copy the secret key for receiving. The copied text is the Merchant Key, which can be used in integrations for receiving payments:

To get a Merchant ID, select “Settings” on the left panel, select the “Merchants” group in the window that opens and rewrite the numeric code after the hash sign to the left of the store name:

In case you encounter difficulties when trying to obtain the necessary data, you can directly request them from your FreedomPay manager, or contact our technical support at support@freedompay.kz. However, this will require some additional time to process your request.
